1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website singleflo.com and of the services that Persevida S.L. ("Singleflo", "we") offers through it. Persevida S.L., NIF B75747600, C/ San Agustín 43, Edificio Tigaray, Local 4, 38410 Los Realejos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

2. Acceptance

By browsing the site or submitting one of its forms you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its services, interfere with their operation, or submit false information through the forms. Content submitted through the forms must not contain credentials or API keys.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by Persevida S.L. or its licensors. Open-source software we publish is governed by the license shipped with it (for Odoo Assistant, the MIT license).

5. Third-party services and trademarks

The site links to third-party services (GitHub, Odoo, AI hosts). Their use is governed by their own terms. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; Singleflo and Odoo Assistant are independent projects, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Odoo S.A.

6. Odoo Assistant

The hosted Odoo Assistant service (mcp.singleflo.com) is governed by its own terms at https://mcp.singleflo.com/terms and privacy policy at https://mcp.singleflo.com/privacy, which apply in addition to these terms. Where they differ, the service terms prevail for the service.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Persevida S.L. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from interruptions of the service, or from content on third-party sites we link to.

8. Links

Links to external sites are provided for information. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; the version in force is the one published on the site.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
