1. Data Controller and general information

PERSEVIDA, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (Persevida S.L., hereinafter "Singleflo", "we" or "the Controller"), NIF B75747600, with registered office at C/ San Agustín 43, Edificio Tigaray, Local 4, 38410 Los Realejos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, is the Data Controller for personal data collected through the singleflo.com website and related services. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have as a data subject under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We use your data exclusively for the purposes described in this policy and never sell it to third parties. For any privacy-related request, please write to info@singleflo.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following circumstances: (a) Demo request and contact forms: first and last name, email address, company name, company size, area of interest, free-text message. This data is provided voluntarily by the user. (b) Website browsing: technical data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies, including anonymized IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source. Such data is collected in aggregated and anonymous form. (c) Odoo Migration Service: in the context of providing the service, we may process data contained in the client's Odoo database. Such processing is governed by a specific Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Art. 28, signed before any work begins. (d) Odoo Assistant support form (singleflo.com/odoo-assistant#support): name, email address, request category, message text, the language of the page and the time of submission. Do not include Odoo API keys in your message: any string that looks like an API key is removed before the message is delivered or stored.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes and on the indicated legal bases: (a) Responding to contact and demo requests (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) Delivering purchased Singleflo services (legal basis: contract performance, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (c) Analyzing site usage to improve functionality (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR — subject to consent for analytics cookies); (d) Sending commercial communications and service updates (legal basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR, revocable at any time); (e) Compliance with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Data collected through contact forms is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and for a maximum of 24 months from collection, unless different legal obligations apply. (f) Handling Odoo Assistant support requests, including requests about what is stored for a connection and requests for data deletion (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR, and legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Support messages are retained for a maximum of 24 months from receipt.

4. Data sharing with third parties

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data in the following circumstances, always with appropriate contractual agreements in place: (a) Technology service providers: we use cloud and SaaS providers for site hosting, contact form management, and traffic analysis. These providers act as data processors under GDPR Art. 28. (b) Analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc., USA). Transfers to third countries comply with GDPR safeguards (adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses). (c) Legal obligations: we may disclose data to public authorities when required by law. Under no circumstances do we share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. (d) Email delivery and CRM: messages sent through our forms are delivered by our email provider and recorded in our CRM system; both act as data processors under GDPR Art. 28.

5. Your rights as a data subject

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights which you can exercise at any time by writing to info@singleflo.com: (a) Right of access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and receive a copy. (b) Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate or incomplete data. (c) Right to erasure (Art. 17): obtain deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") in cases provided by law. (d) Right to restriction (Art. 18): obtain restriction of processing in specific circumstances. (e) Right to data portability (Art. 20): receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format. (f) Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest. (g) Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. We will respond to your requests within 30 days of receipt.
